Another fun weekend!

So next weekend the kids have a 4 day weekend for President's Day. And since my dear friend Sarah just moved back West from Florida we decided to take that long weekend and crash with her and her Smylie family! Then we realized it was Valentine's Day that Sunday but Brad didn't mind celebrating another day and I'm going to watch Sarah's kids while her and her hubby go out so we're sticking to the plan. I promise, there is a purpose to this long explanation. So this weekend we decided to celebrate Valentine's as a family!

Johnny acted surprised even though he had gotten into his bag every day of the week.

Sunday we had the Day crew (18 total this time, we need a bigger house) over for a Super Bowl party and celebrated Weston's 2nd birthday. Obviously the kids had had plenty of juice and licorice during dinner.

And earlier in the weekend Brad and I went out to celebrate Valentines with dinner, a movie and what else? Car shopping of course! We now have a new member of our family parked in our garage.

Optional 3rd row seating with room in the back even with the 3rd row up. A roof rack which we'll get a cargo bin for so we can still haul camping gear and Christmas presents! And Alex's favorite part, the overhead DVD player she requested. I'm taking this puppy on our trip this weekend to test her out!
